Shipping & Delivery

 

* Note -  Due to our business agreements with USPS and UPS, none of our packages are irradiated. This means the product will arrive to you just as it should without any harmful radiation rays or damage caused by irradiation.

 

          Standard Shipping

              All orders placed online will usually ship within 24 hours. If the order is placed on a weekend or holiday, it will be shipped the following business day. We use UPS ground or USPS  for all online orders unless expedited shipping is requested. If you would like your order expedited, please read below.  


   Expedited Shipping ( 1 Day, 2 Day or 3 Day Air )

     Our website currently does not offer any expedited shipping for orders. If you would like your order to be expedited, please call us at 888-227-9338 and we will do our best to get your order out that same day. 


   International Shipping

    We currently ship internationally to Canada, South America, Central America, Australia, India, Russia, Holland, Japan and New Zealand. Unfortunately we can not ship to the UK at the moment but we are working on it!

    Most orders will be delivered  within 7-14 business days after leaving our warehouse depending on customs. If you would like your international order expedited please call us at 888-227-9338.

    Prior to delivery to the recipient, the shipment may be subject to the customs fees, import duties, taxes, and other charges of the destination country. These charges are always the recipient's responsibility.   

 

   Tracking your Shipment

   Once your order has shipped from our warehouse, you will automatically be sent an email with your tracking information. If you would like to track your package by phone, please call us at 888-227-9338. We will be happy to track it for you or send you a copy of the tracking number.


   Delivery Times

   Once your order leaves our warehouse, it will usually take 1-5 business days for delivery depending on where you are located. Please review the Maps below for estimated delivery times in your area.

         Can I pay by Check or Money Order?

            Yes you can shop online and simply print the contents of your shopping cart out and mail us a check or money order for the final order price including shipping to:

                Make the check / money order out to Brightcore.

            Please ensure both your name and address are on the paper you send. Do not forget to ensure the shipping amount is included in the final cost.

            Once we receive the check or money order we will process your order and send it out within 24 hours.


          Do I have to pay sales tax?

            There is no sales tax on any of our products except for Sweet Skin®. You will only pay sales tax on Sweet Skin® if you are shipping to the state of Florida which is 7% tax.
