NFC Kosher Program accepts only natural products for certification. The program follows strict traditional, orthodox, kosher standards and practices. Recognized as one of the earliest forms of product integrity and quality assurance, kosher certification assures consumers that a product has been isolated from unkosher foods and other forms of product contamination (please note that standard government regulations for equipment cleaning practices do not often conform to the same high standards set forth in Kosher law).
