Welcome to the new Rewards Points Program!

We have installed this wonderful new piece of software with you in mind. It will allow you to earn points for your purchase of products in the store, by rating products, sharing them with friends and much more!

The points that you earn can be used on future purchases as if they were cash! This means great savings for you without having to lift a finger or do anything you wouldn't normally do. We want you to be as happy as possible and this new rewards points program is our way of saying "Thank You!".

Below is a breakdown of how the program works and some Frequently Asked Questions.  

How to Earn Points:

• Earn 5 points per $1.00 spent when buying any of the products in the store. Example: You buy a product for $90.00, you will get 450 points added to your account (5 x 90 = 450). 
• Earn 150 points for registering and creating an account on our website - You will need to create an account in order to use your points anyways so be sure to do this. 
• Earn 50 points for writing a review and rating any product on the website - Just write a review about one of our products by clicking the "review" link next to the product image. Once it is approved, you will get 50 points directly into your account! 
• Earn 50 Points when you send a product to a friend - Send a product to a friend by clicking the "Email to a Friend" link on any of the product pages and get 50 points! 
• Earn 1,000 points when send a product to a friend and that friend orders - Send a product to a friend by clicking the "Email to a Friend" link on any of the product pages . If someone you shared the product with decides they like it and ends up buying the product, you will get 1,000 points!

How to Use Your Points:

• Get $1.00 off for every 100 points you use - You must have a minimum of 100 points in order to use them.
• Use your points in the shopping cart area of the checkout process - Once you are ready to checkout, ensure you are signed in and go to the shopping cart page. You will see a points / rewards bar that you can move to the left or right to use your points. It will tell you how many points you currently have, how many you are using and how many you will have left!

FAQ's

• How do you keep record of my points?  - All points are run by our system and will be automatically added or discarded as you make them or use them.
• Do my points ever expire? - Yes, after 180 days they will expire. If you get more points added to your account within that time by any of the ways mentioned above, the 180 days wil restart from then.
  
• Do I get points if I order over the phone? - No, at this time the point rewards system applies only to our website. We do plan on having it set up for our phone orders soon but no date has been given as of yet.
